Terms & Conditions.

By registering with Padel Rating & Stats, the Player agrees to adhere to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the use of all services, products, and support offered by Padel Rating & Stats.

Padel Rating & Stats accepts all player accounts upon successful verification of the player's email address and mobile number via OTP (One-Time Password).

• Only the Player has the authority to delete their account.
• Deleted accounts are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
• Once deleted, the same email address or mobile number cannot be used to create a new account.
• All historical data associated with the deleted account will be irretrievably lost.

Padel Rating & Stats reserves the right to suspend a Player's account under the following circumstances:

• Falsification of gender during registration.
• Recording matches played by others under the Player's account.
• Rejection of five (5) tokens by clubs within a single month.
• Disputing or reversing a confirmed credit card payment for tokens or subscription services.
• Intentionally damaging or obstructing the game camera.

• The Player rating system and its underlying formula are the exclusive intellectual property of Padel Rating & Stats.
• The formula is confidential and will not be disclosed or discussed with Players.
• Player ratings are based on the Playtomic system, with an internal adjustment factor of (x10/7) to display the equivalent Matchi Rating.

Padel Rating & Stats regularly organizes tournaments at affiliated clubs. Players may register through the official website, regardless of subscription status, based on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis.

• Non-Subscribed Players (Silver) must have an active rating recorded within 45 days prior to the tournament start date. Failure to meet this requirement will result in automatic cancellation.
• Subscribed Players (Gold) are exempt from the 45-day rating requirement. They may register using their Best Rating, Average Rating, or Most Recent Rating.

By participating in the program, the Player releases Padel Rating & Stats, its employees, and affiliates from any claims related to injury, damage, or loss associated with the use of the system.

Padel Rating & Stats reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services and equipment by the Player shall constitute acceptance of any such changes.
